ZTE Open is First Phone to Run Firefox OS

Mozilla is getting ready to announce some big plans at the upcoming Mobile World Congress, but the company has already leaked some information ahead of time. The news? Firefox OS is now running on the ZTE Open, which is the first phone to have this software. However, the small and easy-to-hold phone isn’t high tech, as it is rumored to have a washed-out screen and perform like older model Android phones. The ZTE Open runs on a Cortex A5 processor, has a 3.5-inch HVGA touchscreen display, and will be launched in developing markets.
