Free domestic calls from Google through Gmail to continue for 2013

Have you been waking up in cold sweats over the fact that you were worried that Google was going to cut off your free domestic calls through Gmail in the US and Canada at the end of 2012, no reason to be afraid! Google has just announced that they are going to extend their free calls through the end of 2013. Originally, Google launched the voice calls through Gmail in August 2010, and popularity has gone up tremendously. That preempted the executives to extend the offer through the end of 2011, and then repeat that process until Google eventually extended it through 2012. We’re not particularly surprised that Google has extended it once again as the offer is extremely appealing to potential Gmail customers, but we are glad that Google is sticking to it.
